A few times a year, we open our kitchen and restaurant for an intimate, multi-course Dinner featuring a renowned winery, brewery or distillery. Each event brings a different menu crafted by Executive Chef Lance Repp, Chef Manny Perez and Pastry Chef Adriana Peralta, to perfectly pair with the month’s chosen spirits.
