Each month brings a different menu crafted by Executive Chef Lance Repp, Chef Manny Perez and Pastry Chef Adriana Peralta, to perfectly pair with the month’s chosen spirits.

Multi Course Dinner paired with tastings of Angel’s Envy. Built on a tremendous legacy and a pioneering spirit, Angel’s Envy innovated the foundations of bourbon and rye through a unique “secondary finishing” technique. By maturing their whiskey in charred oak barrels, then transferring it to secondary finishing casks, they crafted a distinct blend of refined complexity with an inviting flavor profile. Multi Course Dinner paired with Stags’ Leap Wine. On one of California’s earliest wine estates, a unique terroir and ideal microclimate support a classical standard of viticulture, land use, and winemaking that is as relevant today as it was over a century ago. An intimate valley within the greater Napa Valley, Stags’ Leap is a 240-acre estate, of which 85-acres are planted with grape vines. TICKETS WILL BE RELEASED SOON!
